Created Issue: Formatting not visible in Microsoft Office Excel [11597]

Hi all,

I was stuck at new problem that excel file created by NPOI, could easily open in Open Office and Libre Office with all formatting but while opening in Microsoft Office Excel the formatting is invisible after 229 row.

Please guide me to resolve the issue.
