Commented Unassigned: [NPOI 2.0 Stable] Enum VerticalAlignment not working as what its values say [12779]

Hi,

I'm using NPOI 2.0.6.0 (stable) and running into this awkward:

When a cell's alignment is set as __VerticalAlignment.Bottom__, it is actually __TOP ALIGNED__ in the result workbook. And __VerticalAlignment.Top__ is actually __MIDDLE ALIGNED__.

Does anyone here have the same experience? Is it a bug in NPOI or my mistake?

It's a bug. It will be fixed in NPOI 2.1.
